The APOGEE255PVN wine aging cellar allows you to store up to 254 Bordeaux 75cl bottles. It perfectly replicates the storage conditions of a natural wine cellar, ensuring your wines reach their peak safely and under the best conditions.

• Controlled humidity: The humidity level of a wine cellar should be between 50% and 80%. If the humidity is too low, the cork may dry out, allowing oxygen to contact the wine. If it is too high, it will damage the aesthetics of your bottles by peeling off the labels and may promote the formation of mold. To ensure precise temperature control in your cellar, the APOGEE255PVN generates regular cooling cycles. Coupled with the thermodynamic operation of the evaporator, they maintain an ideal humidity level within the wine cellar.
• Absence of vibrations: Repeated vibrations, even of a small magnitude, disrupt the maturation of wine: they accelerate the aging of younger wines and detach sediments from older wines, damaging them irreversibly. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the APOGEE255PVN generates no vibrations and operates silently.

• Low-e-glass: The glazed door displays your wines securely. The low-E glass filter protects the bottles from UV rays and reduces heat and cold exchanges between the interior of the cabinet and its external environment, resulting in significant energy savings.

• Filtration and ventilation system: In a confined space, wine can acquire undesirable tastes. Without ventilation, mold and bacteria can develop, compromising the seal of the corks and the taste of your wine. It is essential to store your wines in a healthy environment. Equipped with an air intake featuring an active carbon filter, the APOGEE255PVN allows continuous air renewal, neutralizing bad odors and preventing bacteria and mold proliferation.

• Constant temperature: To avoid disturbing the aging process, wine should mature in an environment offering stable and constant temperature. The APOGEE255PVN wine aging cellar allows you to store your fine wines in a healthy environment at your chosen temperature (adjustable between 5°C and 20°C).

Illuminate your bottles with its integrated lighting system under the shelves. This system lights up your entire wine cellar. Store up to 254 bottles on its 6 removable, multi-format wooden shelves, specially designed to accommodate various bottle types (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne) and adapt to your needs (4 shelves in vertical position + 2 shelves in horizontal position).

Remote control of your wine cellar's parameters

Temperature

Adjust the interior temperature of your wine cellar through the digital control panel. Not at home? Simply open the Vinotag app to remotely adjust the interior temperature of your cellar. The temperature is adjustable between 5°C and 20°C.

Lighting

Adjust the interior lighting of your wine cellar from your smartphone. Choose from Door, Automatic, or Permanent mode, based on your needs.

• Door Mode: The lighting turns on and off automatically when the door is opened and closed.

• Automatic Mode: The light turns on when the door is opened and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.

• Permanent Mode: The light turns on or off only upon command by pressing the lighting button (lightbulb icon) on the control panel or using the switch in your VINOTAG® app.

Alarms

Stay alerted to any operational conditions that require your attention at any time.

Not at home? Vinotag will notify you in case of abnormal temperature fluctuations in your wine cellar.
