Commitments of the Aging Wine Cellar

The APOGEE200N aging wine cellar allows you to store up to 185 bottles of 75cl Bordeaux type. It replicates exactly the conditions of a natural cellar to bring your wines to their peak in complete safety and under the best conditions.

• Controlled humidity: The humidity level in a cellar must be between 50% and 80%. If the humidity is too low, the cork may dry out, allowing oxygen to come into contact with the wine. If it is too high, it will damage the aesthetics of your bottles by peeling their labels and may encourage the formation of mould. To ensure a precise temperature in your cellar, the APOGEE200N generates regular cooling cycles. Combined with the thermodynamic operation of the evaporator, they help maintain the ideal humidity level inside the wine cellar.

• Absence of vibrations: Repeated vibrations, even of low magnitude, disturb the maturation of the wine: they accelerate the aging of younger wines and separate sediments from the older wines, damaging them irreversibly. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the APOGEE200N generates no vibrations and offers silent operation.

• Protection against light: Ultraviolet rays can, over time, give the wine a strong rancid taste called "light-struck taste" and permanently alter the quality of your bottles. To enhance your bottles while protecting them effectively, the APOGEE200N has been developed with a full door with a lock and a carbon design.

• Filtration and ventilation system: In a confined space, wine can acquire undesirable tastes. Without ventilation, moulds and bacteria can develop, affecting the airtightness of the corks and even the taste of your wine. It is essential to store your wines in a healthy environment. Equipped with an air intake with an active charcoal filter, the APOGEE200N allows continuous air renewal, neutralizing unpleasant odours and preventing the proliferation of bacteria and mould.

• A constant temperature: To avoid disturbing the aging of the wine, it must age in an environment that provides a stable and constant temperature. The APOGEE200N aging wine cellar allows you to store your great wines in a healthy environment and at the temperature of your choice (adjustable between 5°C and 20°C).

Showcase your great wines

Illuminate your bottles thanks to its integrated lighting system under the shelves. This system allows you to light up your entire wine cellar. Store up to 185 bottles on its 5 wooden shelves, removable and multi-format, they are specially designed to accommodate several types of bottles (Alsacienne, Bourgogne, Champenoise) and adapt to your needs (3 shelves in head-to-head position + 2 shelves in horizontal position).

Remote control of your cellar's parameters

Temperature

Adjust the internal temperature of your wine cellar via the digital control panel. Not at home? Simply open the Vinotag app to adjust, remotely, the internal temperature of your wine cellar. The temperature is adjustable between 5°C and 20°C.

Lighting

Adjust the internal lighting of your wine cellar from your smartphone. Door, Automatic or Permanent, you decide the lighting mode suited to your needs.

• Door Mode: The lighting automatically turns on and off when the door is opened and closed.

• Automatic Mode: The light turns on when the door is opened, and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.

• Permanent Mode: The light only turns on or off on command by pressing the lighting button (lightbulb icon) on the control panel or using the switch in your VINOTAG® app.

Alarms

Be alerted to any operating conditions of the device requiring your attention, at any time.

Not at home? Vinotag alerts you in case of abnormal temperature movement in your cellar.

The APOGEE200N wine cellar is equipped with 5 shelves, so you can adapt it to your needs and preferences. You can, of course, remove shelves but also add them!

Inside the cellar, side supports allow you to place up to 9 shelves to personalize the storage of your wine cellar.
