The APOGEE190DZN aging wine cellar can store up to 181 bottles of Bordeaux 75cl type. It replicates exactly the storage conditions of a natural cellar to bring your wines to their peak in complete safety and under the best conditions.

• Controlled humidity: The humidity level of a cellar should be between 50% and 80%. If the humidity level is too low, the cork may dry out, allowing oxygen to come into contact with the wine. If it's too high, it will damage the aesthetics of your bottles by peeling off their labels and may encourage the formation of mould. To guarantee precise temperature in your cellar, the APOGEE190DZN generates regular cooling cycles. Coupled with the thermodynamic operation of the evaporator, they help maintain an ideal humidity level inside the wine cellar.

• Absence of vibrations: Repeated vibrations, even of small magnitude, interfere with the maturation of the wine: they accelerate the aging of younger wines and detach sediments from older wines, damaging them irreversibly. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the APOGEE190DZN generates no vibrations and offers silent operation.

• Low-e-glass: The glazed door securely displays your wines. The Low-E glass filter protects bottles from UV rays and reduces the exchange of cold and heat between the interior of the cabinet and its external environment, allowing for real energy savings.

• A filtration and aeration system: In a confined space, wine can take on undesirable flavours. Without aeration, mould and bacteria can develop, compromising the seal of the corks and even the taste of your wine. It is essential to preserve your wines in a healthy environment. Equipped with an air intake and an active carbon filter, the APOGEE190DZN ensures continuous air renewal, neutralising bad odours and preventing the proliferation of bacteria and moulds.

• A constant temperature: In order not to interfere with the aging process, wine must age in an environment with a stable and constant temperature. The APOGEE190DZN aging wine cellar allows you to store your fine wines in a healthy environment at the temperature of your choice (adjustable between 5°C and 20°C).

Showcase your fine wines

Showcase your bottles with its integrated lighting system under the shelves. This system illuminates the entire wine cellar. Store up to 181 bottles on its 5 wooden shelves, removable and multi-format, specially designed to accommodate different types of bottles (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne) and to adapt to your needs (3 shelves in head-to-head position + 2 shelves in horizontal position).

Remote control of your wine cellar’s parameters

Temperature

Easily adjust the internal temperature of your wine cellar using the digital control panel. Not at home? Simply open the Vinotag app to remotely adjust the internal temperature of your wine cellar. The temperature is adjustable between 5°C and 20°C, with 5-12°C for the upper zone and 12-12°C for the lower zone.

Lighting

Adjust the interior lighting of your wine cellar from your smartphone. Door, Automatic, or Permanent, you decide the lighting mode suited to your needs.

• Door Mode: The light turns on and off automatically when the door is opened and closed.

• Automatic Mode: The light turns on when the door is opened, and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.

• Permanent Mode: The light only turns on or off on command by pressing the lighting button (lightbulb icon) on the control panel or using the switch in your VINOTAG® app.

Alarms

Be alerted to operating conditions requiring your attention at any time.

Not at home? Vinotag will alert you in case of abnormal temperature movement in your wine cellar.
